The Bigger Better Bottle Bill would expand the types of cans and bottles which can be redeemed in NY as well as increase the deposit from 5 cents to 10 cents.
Passing this bill would not only drastically reduce litter and pollution, but would keep tons of recyclable products out of our landfills every single year. It would also help to dramatically increase fundraising for groups who benefit from those deposits, as well as support local businesses.
